That evening went to the Grygla's Christmas party at Uncle's Ken's home in Grantsville. We did a white elephant exchange which Aubrie absolutley loved. A room full of gifts being passed around rapidly, laughing relatives and great food-what's not to love! I especially loved aunt Debbies artichoke spinach dip, and aunt Cindy's little smokies and of coarse the pumpkin pie-so much great American food to eat! It was fun visiting with family and watching the girls play with their cousins.
The next day we visited Grandma Michelle and Granpa Cowling with Jacob, Aubrie, Brenda, and Nick. Only I forgot to take pictures. Mom gave us the traditional baggie filled with treats along with other great gifts. I gave Mom a gift card to Seagull book and later we enjoyed picking out the book she wanted together. She was also very generous and let the girls pick out a few things as well. We also saw Grandpa and Grandma Condie along with Mike and Kelly Thompson and Mikel and Lara and Dan. It was great to reconnect and catch up on each other lives. Mikel had some halarious stories of what it's like working at a Jewish online dating website. Grandpa was clearly in some pain from his recent eye surgery and now on oxygen due to years of smoking. We wish we could have spent more time with them.
